You don’t need a tank
If nobody tests the product during six months of development, you find out too late what’s wrong. I’d rather release one well-chosen feature, then decide what comes next based on what your users say about it.
To do that, we agree from the start on who the product is for and what goes in the first version. We decide the rest after the first feedback.
How we go about it
We scope the project: who it’s for, what problem it solves and what goes in the first version.
I build a first version around the chosen feature. You can test it within a few days.
You show it to your first users and we listen to what they say.
We move forward in small steps. Each new version starts from their feedback.

That price is about 12 days of work. Tighter budget? Tell me and we’ll make the first version smaller. The exact price is written in the proposal, before we start.
After launch

I reply within 1 working day. Unused time doesn’t carry over, and outside services, like sending emails or AI, are at your expense. You can stop whenever you want: the code and the accounts stay yours. See the plans in detail

What can I do with a first version?
Show it to real users and start looking for your first customers. It doesn’t do everything you have in mind yet, but your users can already use it.
I’m not technical. Is that a problem?
No. I explain the technical choices in plain words and you test each new version yourself. Your job is to tell me whether it does what you expect.
What happens after the first version?
We carry on in small steps if you want to. Oramapp, for example, was live in five weeks, then I supported the team for a year. If you’d rather carry on without me, the code and the accounts are yours.
My budget is smaller than that. Can we still talk?
Yes. We can make the first version smaller so it fits your budget. I’ll tell you during the call whether that’s doable.
